By using our Site, submitting an enquiry, or entering into a service agreement with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Our Services

ZUUPX provides software development services including but not limited to website development, mobile app development, SaaS development, billing software, custom software development, and UI/UX design. The exact scope, timeline and deliverables for any project are agreed separately in a written proposal, quotation or service agreement between ZUUPX and the client.

3. Quotes, Payments & Project Terms

Quotes provided via the Site or in conversation are estimates and may change based on final project scope.
Payment terms, milestones and schedules will be specified in the project agreement or invoice.
Delays in providing required content, feedback or approvals by the client may affect project timelines.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may be billed separately after mutual agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of ZUUPX and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Upon full payment for a client project, ownership of the final agreed deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the relevant service agreement, excluding any pre-existing tools, frameworks or libraries owned by ZUUPX or third parties.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access to our systems, submitting false information through our forms, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

Our Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant project.

9. Termination
