How does QR ordering work in ZUUPX POS?
You print a QR code for each table. A guest scans it with their phone camera, sees your live menu in the browser, adds items and sends the order. It appears on your QR Orders screen, where you accept or reject it; accepted orders go to billing and the kitchen.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. The menu opens in the phone's browser — there is nothing to download or sign up for.
Which plan includes QR ordering?
QR ordering and table QR codes are included in the Pro plan (₹999 / month). The free trial includes every feature so you can test it first.
Can I turn QR ordering on and off?
Yes. You can switch QR ordering on or off from settings, and choose whether orders are accepted automatically or reviewed first.
Does the QR menu update when I change prices?
Yes. The guest menu is refreshed from your menu in ZUUPX POS, so price changes and sold-out items appear without reprinting the QR codes.
